Part Time Adult Programmes

As a keen golfer aged 16 years and over, the key to further developing your game is not just to practice what you already know – but to learn and develop new skills and techniques, new ways of training and to learn how best to take these out on to the course – therefore improving your game.

 

Your ability to adapt and evolve will make huge difference to your game.

 

As one of the worlds leading golfers, Lee is constantly training. His team of professionals are constantly looking at what he is doing now and what he needs to be doing to stay on top. Taking his existing skills and techniques, suggesting new techniques and building upon what he already has, coupled with the correct attitude – makes him who he is today.

 

By working with our team of professionals and utilising our training methods and techniques, you will gain huge improvement and most importantly be instructed how to take this to your game and on to the course.

 

You can work with us in two ways:

 

Individual

Working on a one to one basis, we run a number of individual programmes, or can build a series or training programmes especially for you. These might be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Training will include:

  • Assessment – video and observation / Long game / Short game / Mental game / 10 ball skills / Physiological
  • Fitness programme – TPI
  • Nutrition
  • LWGS Performance Diary
  • Measurement and analysis

Group

Working within a small and manageable group, you will have access to a range of programmes that we run. These run weekly, fortnightly and monthly and will be clearly advertised.

Training will include:

  • Assessment – video and observation / Long game / Short game / Mental game / 10 ball skills / Physiological
  • Fitness programme – TPI
  • Nutrition
  • LWGS Performance Diary
  • Measurement and analysis
